Health Simpler and Smarter
Our Story
Founded in 1997, PDHI began as a pioneer in digital health assessments and has grown into a full-service platform supporting more than 650 active programs and over 22 million lives. With decades of proven success, we've become a trusted enterprise technology partner to health plans, TPAs, wellness vendors, and employer groups across the country.
Our evolution reflects the ever-changing needs of the healthcare industry — keeping pace with technology while staying true to our core focus: helping organizations assess risk, engage members, and reward healthy behavior without the burden of building or managing technology.

We will continue to invest in smarter tools, scalable integrations, and personalized experiences that put the power of digital health in every user's hands — wherever they are on their journey.
