Partnering with PDHI to Achieve Accreditation and Improve Member Engagement

A health plan providing coverage to 85,000 Medicare Advantage and Dual Eligible members across the south was seeking a health assessment (HRA) vendor that would qualify them for automatic credit during their NCQA accreditation process while also adhering to Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (EOP) requirements.

By combining PDHI’s NCQA WHP 5 certified ConXus Health Assessment and Completion Support, the plan was able to meet these requirements.

Since implementing the solution 5 years ago, their HRA completion rate has grown 15%.
