Jennifer Jolley, Chief Executive Officer

Previously, Ms. Jolley served as Vice President of Client Services and Chief Operating Officer at DLB Systems, Inc., now a division of eResearch Technology. Ms. Jolley holds a bachelor of science degree in physics and a master’s degree in materials science from Cambridge University.

Bob Provencher, Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining PDHI, Mr. Provencher was Senior Mobile Architect at Everyday Health and held Vice President and Chief Architect positions at Lumeta and Incurrent Solutions, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Lee Penn, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Penn joined PDHI after serving as Vice President for Finance at the S/L/A/M Collaborative. Previously he held financial management positions at Yale and Xerox. Mr. Penn holds a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the HITRUST Business Associate Council.

Andrew Lockerbie, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Mr. Lockerbie brings to PDHI nearly 20 years of experience working with health plans. With a tenured history in the group insurance and health IT startup space, his experiences span such high-growth companies as Brown & Brown, Springbuk, Healthx, Olive, and HMS. He holds his bachelor of arts degree in organizational leadership from Horizon University.
